We purchased a PlayStation 3 at the Shreveport location on Monday night. We were had a wonderful time picking out all the new games and supplies we needed. We had been assisted by one of the most pleasant and helpful people I have met in along time. Jeremey was very friendly and knew so much information and helped us and with every detail on everything we purchased. He explained to us about the product, the warranty,and all. Great Customer Service like his should be noticed.Thank you for making a customer feel like one. Shreveport location is very friendly.
