This store is surly trying to copycat the defunct circuit city, they provide no absoluetly none custumer service even when you want to buy something , walked in store stood buy the computers for 45 minutes sales people just visitng with one another no one not one sales person said ""May I help you"", this is the kind of service that drove circuit city out of business best buy is just following suit, only thing they accomplish is aggervating me, off to wal mart, more

We had been assisted by one of the most pleasant and helpful people I have met in along time. Jeremey was very friendly and knew so much information and helped us and with every detail on everything we purchased. He explained to us about the product, the warranty,and all. Great Customer Service like his should be noticed.Thank you for making a customer feel like one. Shreveport location is very friendly. more

Nice Store 5/25/2005

This Store is HUGE! Best Buy litterally has everything you need for Entertainment. Appliances and Car Stereo. They always have the newest Releasses from Movies, Music and Video Games. Their Prices are competitive and you can even Pricematch with the Add from other Stores if they have the same Item in Stock. more

GREAT SERVICE!!!!!! 5/17/2005

This store is the best!! I buy here regularly even if it is for my husband!! We bought our washer/dryer here and lots and lots of play station games!! The employees are wonderful and very helpful. We also bought our computer there and they was helpful in any questions we might have! more
