I absolutely hate this Best buy. The employees are here are so rude. They never want to help you with your issues and they are just trying to get your business. One employee went ahead and applied for a credit card that I declined while applying for their store card. This way she got some referral bonus. She even added credit protection to my acct which I had declined! Never go to this place.
