After waiting for an extended period of time, enduring the death of a thousand cuts in the Best Buy phone system, I FINALLY got somone on the phohe to answer a question about home theatre equipment. They were rude and not knowledgeable about the equipment. So was the insolent manager I asked to speak with. It is easier to order fast food at McDonalds than to deal with Best Buy on the phone, despite the fact that NO ONE at McDonalds speaks a word of English, at least in Manassas.\r

I agree with the previous reviewer, Best Buy sucks. I would rather have root canal surgery with no anesthesia than buy the crap Best Buy sells.
