Review content:
We purchased a big screen TV from them and purchased an in-home extended warranty from them. The TV had issues almost from the instant we got it home. We called them to use the warranty, they came to the house and took the TV and when I asked about the in-home warranty. They said that meant they would come to your home and take it to their shop. Big deal! So I went in to ask them about it, and their answer was the same as the repair guys. When I asked to get the money I spent on the warranty back, they said I couldn't. So beware have them explain everything to you. And because Circuit City is going out of business, our choices are fewer for electronics.
