Best Lie 12/2/2011

Bought a new Asus Laptop mid September and bought the extended warrenty. Said if the computer broke that they would fix it in the store, or replace it. Broke it two weeks later they still have not fixed it. Very poor service, took it to Bellevue Washington on a road trip and they still have it. First they wanted $239 to fix it and then I refused and pointed out the warrenty, said that they would fix it. Three months later still no computer, I call them they dont try to fix it, or hurry this up. Dont buy anything from this company they Lie.............. Taxmanjack more

Why, why oh why? 12/4/2008

We purchased a big screen TV from them and purchased an in-home extended warranty from them. The TV had issues almost from the instant we got it home. We called them to use the warranty, they came to the house and took the TV and when I asked about the in-home warranty. They said that meant they would come to your home and take it to their shop. Big deal! So I went in to ask them about it, and their answer was the same as the repair guys. When I asked to get the money I spent on the warranty back, they said I couldn't. So beware have them explain everything to you. And because Circuit City is going out of business, our choices are fewer for electronics. more
