Review content:
I have never been treated this bad at BB ever. I am contemplating returning over $2,000 of electronics I recently purchased. After many weeks of waiting for a call from the Geek Squad about my E Machine, I was told the Mother Board was fried. The PC was bought in 06 but hardly used. Had it in for service many times. I have also bought thousands of dollars of merchandise from BB. If I had been told (as I have now been told by BB tech. rep's) the E Machines are of poor quality I would have upgraded to something more suitable. I wasn't given that choice. When the CS Mgr. was asked for her boss or the Store Manager/GM she said she was it and to call the 888 number. When asked if there was a person at the store she reported to, she again said she was it and to call 888. She lied twice. There is a GM over her. ON TOP OF EVERYTHING, AS I WAS LEAVING, MY GRANDSON (WHICH THE CS MGR. DIDN'T SEE) OVERHEARD HER AND JONNIE CONNELL TALKING AND LAUGHING OUT LOUD ABOUT ME, SAYING THINGS LIKE HOW STUPI
