Review content:
I purchased a washer and dryer from this company in Feburary and 3 days afterwards they were not working properly. I called the store and management told me that they would be replacing it. Well it is now June and they still have not replaced it nor did anyone come out to look at to even see if they could be repaired until now. I purchased also the pedestals for these washer and dryers and they were supposed to call me and come out today to attach them to the washer and dryer and no one called and no one showed up. When I called the store the lady told me that some one would call me back in 15 mins and I am still waiting for someone to call me an hour later. This company only cares about people spending money and does not care about their customers nor do they care to at least do what they say.
