MY SON AND I WENT INTO BEST BUY RIGHT BEFORE 10PM ON 28 DECEMBER 2006, SO HE COULD GRAB A SET OF WALKIE TALKIES. HE WAS EXCITED TO SPEND SOME CHRISTMAS MONEY HE GOT IN THE MAIL. ON THE WAY TO THE REGISTER, I GRABBED A GAMEBOY DS GAME FOR MYSELF AND PROCEEDED TO PAY FOR MY ITEM SEPARATE FROM MY SON'S. WHEN MY SON PUT HIS ITEM ON THE COUNTER, HE WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE $15 MORE THAN WAS MARKED. I ASKED THE CASHIER AND SHE FOLLOWED US TO THE AREA AND PULLED THE PRICE TAG FROM THE HANGING SHELF. SHE ALSO NOTED THAT IT AND MANY OTHERS HAD BEEN PRICED WRONG. UPON CALLING THE "M.O.D." TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM, HE TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO...AND ASKED IF I STILL WANTED THE PRODUCT. AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED, THAT WAS THE POOREST EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. I'M VERY UPSET THAT HE DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I DECLINED. NOT BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE THE MONEY AND NOT BECAUSE I THOUGHT THAT PRICE WASN'T FAIR FOR THE PRODUCT. I
