I only had one bad experience with them. My best friend purchased a very expensive car stereo for my bday last year. The purchase included free installation. I went in to set up an appointment, for which unfortunately I had to call out from work. However, when I came in, the guy who was supposed to install my unit, apparently called out. Nobody told me ANYTHING ABOUT THAT! They never called me to cancel because (as I found out later), they were supposed to ask for my phone number, and they didnt. I chose to go to a different store, which had a more convenient appt spot for me. However, the guy that did the job, did a horrible job. I had to fix one of the cables to which the mic was connected (stereo was bluetooth enabled). Other than that, I really like the store. They have a good variety of products, great sale and financing offers.
