Im 90% satisfied with it, with a few exceptions 11/15/2010

I only had one bad experience with them. My best friend purchased a very expensive car stereo for my bday last year. The purchase included free installation. I went in to set up an appointment, for which unfortunately I had to call out from work. However, when I came in, the guy who was supposed to install my unit, apparently called out. Nobody told me ANYTHING ABOUT THAT! They never called me to cancel because (as I found out later), they were supposed to ask for my phone number, and they didnt. I chose to go to a different store, which had a more convenient appt spot for me. However, the guy that did the job, did a horrible job. I had to fix one of the cables to which the mic was connected (stereo was bluetooth enabled). Other than that, I really like the store. They have a good variety of products, great sale and financing offers. more

I went to the store in Paramus because someone had purchased a gift card for me. Never again will I return. I purchased a no name set of earphones (They had no other in the size I wanted) and they are inadequate. I waited on line at check out even though there was other cash registers that could have had employees there to assist customers. I saw employees "hanging out" in areas away from customers. I looked at some TVs and a lady SCREAMS out "Is there anyone here who can help me?" Why did it have to come down to a customer feeling a need to shout out for assistance? They had a selection of Blues and country music in the same area which was all of 3 feet long. To my dismay, I didn't see any country or blues selections in the shelf unit??? Most disturbing was that I was leaving after making my purchases and I was stopped by "loss prevention". I asked what the problem was. The "intelligent dude" said he needed to check my bag. Great 7/26/2005

This really is a great place to shop for electronics. They have a full line of all sorts of great products, the prices are reasonable, their sales are great and the staff is helpful. You couldn't ask for much more. Be prepared to start dreaming of winning a million dollars if you spend too much time browsing here because there are so many items you'll decide you just must have but unfortunately unless you're independently wealthy, you won't be able to afford them all! more

Best Buy Paramus -- Electronics Dream 6/29/2005

Best Buy offers many, many electronic goodies as well as appliances for the household. This is a huge store with a large staff on the floor to help you out. Most of the time the prices are the lowest, unless you really luck out and find something cheaper elsewhere. TVs, DVD players, computers and printers take up 1/3 of the store; CDs, DVDs and video games the next 1/3; and household appliances such as dryers, washers, etc make up the rest. Parking is not bad but I the access right off the highway. I'm afraid an accident is the making. PROS: Huge selections, great prices, big store CONS: Dangerous access off the highway more
