I have always went to best buy for anything i needed. Recentley however i have been very upset with their c.s. First, I went in to but something and the mentor store was sold out, so they were going to ship one from parma to mentor, and it would be there in 1-2 days..2 days later, nothing..4 days later , nothing,9 days later it still wasnt their. i was pissed. i had already paid 80 dollars for it, so i got my refund after arguing with them to get my cash back.. I ordered it from Circuit city for 10 bucks cheaper, was delivered to my door on the second day, and shipping was free.. This is just one of the problems i have had recently.. I dont know if its because they have new staff or what, but i do not like going there any more. the employees are rude, and i when shopping around for a new tv, the information i got was completely different then what other stores were saying about the same product. If buying a cd or movie or game, there great, anything more and i would recommend goin some
