What I like about this best buy is the staff are knowledgeable on the products and always willing to help. If you have a question you can get an answer. That's worth five stars right there! more

I have always went to best buy for anything i needed. Recentley however i have been very upset with their c.s. First, I went in to but something and the mentor store was sold out, so they were going to ship one from parma to mentor, and it would be there in 1-2 days..2 days later, nothing..4 days later , nothing,9 days later it still wasnt their. i was pissed. i had already paid 80 dollars for it, so i got my refund after arguing with them to get my cash back.. I ordered it from Circuit city for 10 bucks cheaper, was delivered to my door on the second day, and shipping was free.. This is just one of the problems i have had recently.. I dont know if its because they have new staff or what, but i do not like going there any more. the employees are rude, and i when shopping around for a new tv, the information i got was completely different then what other stores were saying about the same product. If buying a cd or movie or game, there great, anything more and i would recommend goin some more

I like best buy its wear i always gowhen new games or movies come out. i actually have bout 7 flat screens. they always seem help full when i need something. On the other hand i persoanlly wouldn't recomend this one. the cashier girl. Her name was hannah. the girl was txting on her phone when i was trying to check out. She almost double charged me when she was ringing me up. Very rude and i was pissed. If you go there stay away from her you will be there all day waiting on her. more

Best Buy is far and away the best place to go when in need of electronic goodies. The prices are lower than just about every other music store and the selection for games, audio and visual equipment, and music can't be beat. The $9.99 sales on CD's apply to even the popular ones. A thrifty electronics shopper will find nirvana at Best Buy. more

This store has pretty much anything you need, with pretty good prices. I got a new release CD last week for only $9.99. When you check out, they funnel one long line to many cashiers, so you have to pay attention to who is open next and calling you, but it seems to move pretty quickly. more
