Review content:
Pros: I really like the salesman I worked with (Jerry) and the whole staff was very hospitable. I also was satisfied with the price I got on the vehicle and the condition of vehicle was in good condition and they worked with me on a few things like repainting on some area of paint damage. Cons: Hospitable yes. Honest....they've got some work to do. The Ferengi 48th Rule of Aquisition states, "The bigger the smile, the sharper the knife" and Rule #239 says "Never be afraid to mislabel a product." Had to haggle with the manager. He gave me a lowest price that included in the valuation of the vehicle over $500 in options the 2008 Odyssey EX-L obviously didn't have like running boards and a towing package (really do you think I'm blind?) and premium sound only available on a higher model has. Also, the final odometer check at the point of sale had 1,000 miles more on it than they had advertised. Sure, there is going to be some test driving miles, but 1,000 miles. Bottom line: I was satisfied with the car and deal and really liked the direct salesman I worked with but had some reservations. Go in armed with the 74th Rule of Aquisition, "Knowledge equals profit (power)."
