Review content:
Had service done by Air Blue from Wheeling location. Curtis did the furnace and humidifier cleaning, inspection, and replacement for humidifier pad. He was very thorough and gave us step by step instructions on how to replace filter for the future. He explained while he worked to allow us to appreciate how the furnace is maintained. This was very informative and helpful to be able to learn. Although that is us, others may not care to learn but we appreciated it. Jim was also there to create a slot for the furnace filter because our furnace didn't have a designated place for it. He was fine. He was extremely chatty about non related topics, but friendly.
