We had a new AC unit put in. As I'm sitting here writing it, I can feel very cool air blowing on me. The technicians were great, Leo and Adrian. They put a tarp down on the carpet, worked efficiently and cleaned up after they were finished. Thank you!! more

9 years ago we purchased our air conditioner and furnace from Air Blue and we trust them 100%. They have maintained them over the years. We now have an issue with our air conditioner. Ray gave us 3 options and best and worse case scenario. No pressure - he was fine with our decision. His repair worked and we will get thru summer!. We talked about options to replace air conditioner and furnace as package deal, We were given options and are able to save so we can have them replaced next year. Also, we will be purchasing our Water Heater from Air Blue. 8 years ago we made the mistake of purchasing from Sears. This is not an exaggeration, in the past 2 weeks we had 6 techs and were without hot water for 13 days. Sears says it is just an inconvenience and unless it leaks it can't be replaced. Ray told us what the problem was right away. Ray is honest, friendly, and knowledgeable and really does look out for us - the customers. more

Had service done by Air Blue from Wheeling location. Curtis did the furnace and humidifier cleaning, inspection, and replacement for humidifier pad. He was very thorough and gave us step by step instructions on how to replace filter for the future. He explained while he worked to allow us to appreciate how the furnace is maintained. This was very informative and helpful to be able to learn. Although that is us, others may not care to learn but we appreciated it. Jim was also there to create a slot for the furnace filter because our furnace didn't have a designated place for it. He was fine. He was extremely chatty about non related topics, but friendly. more
