My water heater was leaking and I was so concerned it was going to dump 50 gallons of water into my box filled garage. I call Mike Counsil and had a technical appointment set just within 60 minutes. I was professionally greeted by Technicians Charlie and Aaron. Charlie confirmed the damage and suggested replacement heaters. The interaction was stress and pressure free. Once my product choice was made the technicians created a plan, apprised me of timetables and action items and I felt well connected to the process. Charlie and Aaron were a great team and were quick to engage me in conversation and answer questions about the work they were performing. The finished product is fantastic, my leak worries are over, and I'm very impressed with the ease of the whole process. Highly recommend and will refer with confidence.
