I think it's just down right absurb how they do their scheduling. I can't ever get my kids an appointment to see the doctor without having to wait on them to call me back and 9 out of 10 of the times it's to tell me "they didn't make the schedule for the day". Even though it's been 8 long years of me dealing with them on several other issues with this company about my babies, I will always love Dr.Ragland and Dr.Ernie, but i can't take it no more we're leaving. My kids come first in my life and time matters.
