The Long Wait To See A Doctor! 10/10/2010

I think it's just down right absurb how they do their scheduling. I can't ever get my kids an appointment to see the doctor without having to wait on them to call me back and 9 out of 10 of the times it's to tell me "they didn't make the schedule for the day". Even though it's been 8 long years of me dealing with them on several other issues with this company about my babies, I will always love Dr.Ragland and Dr.Ernie, but i can't take it no more we're leaving. My kids come first in my life and time matters. more

Appointments 10/13/2009

Each time I try and make an appointment, I am on hold for no less than 30 minutes. I understand the office is hectic, but to hold for 30 minutes and then have the woman be outright rude to you is unacceptable. She is rude in person also. more

I did not like Dr. Mink 4/16/2009

She misdiagnosed my child and I had to see Dr. Ragland three days later. I also felt she was rude. I love most of the doctors there but it is hard to get in, they need additional staffing IMO. more

Rude Appointment Scheduler... 3/25/2009

I was searching for a pediatrician for my two year old daughter and the receptionist was so rude that I changed my mind about scheduling the appointment. If she was rude to me over the phone, I know I would not feel comfortable taking my little girl there. I read the review for this group and thought that it would be a good place, but maybe they have all the patients they need or just didn't like the sound of my voice. I hope this review is helpful to someone else. more

Dr. Mink 3/25/2008

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Mink since I have moved back to Memphis. She is so wonderful. She is the only Dr. there that takes her time to explain exactly what is going on and what you will need done. She makes me feel like its okay to not know everything, but its good to know something medically. She is a life saver and WE love HER. more

I just feel like Dr. Mink just goes the extra mile when dealing with my child and when discussing health issues with me. We just really feel at home with her, and she never leaves any questions unanswered! more

Love them 11/6/2007

Dr.'s Hillebert and McGraw have seen all 3 of my kids since birth. I love them. You really don't mind the wait when you know that your children are going to get the best care and the time needed to do such. The care outways the wait. Very caring Dr's. more

great doctors 12/22/2005

Both my kids have been going here since birth - the doctors are good with kids (especially Dr. MacGaw!!!). Most of the staff is great ; there seems to be a high-turnover of check-in staff. They are open on certain nights and on Saturdays. There is usually a long wait to be seen unless you are the first appointment of the day. more

Raleigh Group 7/30/2005

All 4 of my children have been going to Raleigh Group since they were born, and I have been very happy with them. You do have to wait a long time though to be seen though. more
