I had my so a 2nd Birthday party there It was only a small group of kids I order pizza for the kids after 45 minutes I went to check on it to see if it was almost done and the girl behind the counter said they ordered it and it was on its way I ask where they ordered from because I thought they cooked it seeing as to where I paid 19 dollars per pizza and she said they ordered it from pizza hut I asked to speak with the gentleman or manager that took my order and he says they don't have whole pizzas there they order them after a hour and a half I went back to see what the hold up was he says he doesn't know what's taking them so long and when the pizza finally arrived it was cold I infomed the manager and he said I would need to take that up with pizza hut I told him I didn't understand how he could charge me double for a pizza from pizza hut and then it not be fresh he told me he was in the business of making money and didn't understand why I had a problem he was rude and unprofessional I asked for more plates to put cake on after we cut it and they said they didn't have any and gave me the paper that they put the pretzel s in to put the cake on also one of the adults at the party went to order a slice of cheese pizza and he took a slice of pepperoni pizza out the freezer and plucked the pepperoni off with his hand at this point I was disgusted and knew I would never go back to this place again
