I called asking a simple question about the availability of a game, and the person on the phone sounded like he had a mouth full of caramel candy or something. Total stupidity reigns supreme at this store and they hire mentally deficient people to work there. They barely speak english as it is and dont have any clue whats going on in the world. Getting this group to think laterally is a severe challenge that makes them immediately go online looking for a cheat code to 'satisfy customer'. What a bunch of smacktards that work here.
