I just called the Gamestop in Florissant to see if they had MarioKart Wii. Not only were they very nice on the phone. He asked if I was looking for with or without the wheel, and he located it at 2 other stores for me WHILE I was on the phone with him. AWESOME service more

I know the exact lady the previous post mentioned, she is a verry rude manager, and gives false information on a regular basis. try to avoid the girl with real short hair that resembles a man. more

Idiots working there 12/27/2007

I called asking a simple question about the availability of a game, and the person on the phone sounded like he had a mouth full of caramel candy or something. Total stupidity reigns supreme at this store and they hire mentally deficient people to work there. They barely speak english as it is and dont have any clue whats going on in the world. Getting this group to think laterally is a severe challenge that makes them immediately go online looking for a cheat code to 'satisfy customer'. What a bunch of smacktards that work here. more

The people here seem to think they are Gods gift to gamers. I've had repeated problems with this one manager there. She talks down to people... bad. I've gone in there and each time she's been really rude. Once my husband went in to buy me a strategy guide for my SIMs2 expansion pack,and she said "REally, is the game THAT hard you need a BOOK for it?" Rude!! more
