Usually, I pick up my prescription at the hospital, but this day was just an exception. I had barely no time on me to stay by and pick up at the hospital pharmacy. I decided the DR should send my ASTHMA prescription down to Walgreens for easy and fast pick up later in the day... \r Imagine, I was at the DR.'s appt at 2:50pm and I went to Walgreems later in the day at 7:30pm... JUST FOR THEM TO BE TELLING ME THAT, THEY DIDN'T RECEIVE THE PRESCRIPTIONS FROM THE DR.\r \r At this point, it was too late for me to go back to the hospital until the following day.\r \r I feel, this review might save someone from making the same mistake I made.\r \r For the management--- you may need to do some management strategies to improve customers satisfaction rate in your pharmacy.
