Review content:
As a general rule, I think Gamestop stores provide acceptable service. This location, however, lacks maturity and ethics. One six different occassions my preteen and teen daughters were cheated by this store. For example, they paid a downpayment for an upcoming game, which mysteriously did not get logged into the computer. Another time, they were given a game in packaging that when opened had been clearly used and did not work. By and large my experiences lead me to believe that this location is in serious need of a staff with scruples, and kids should take their dollars elsewhere.
PROS: Good prices on new and used games
CONS: If the games work, and have not been refurbished and sold as new
