Review content:
We went to this Firestone several times, and each time they screw something up. One day I tried to set up an appointment for the next day but the gentleman set it up for the same day and the time he set it up for was already passed. I went there next morning, the lady told me the appointment was for 'yesterday'. Another instance, I had the water pump and the radiator replaced (which I wasn't sure if it was necessary) and a few weeks later the car died while I was driving (for something unrelated). When we open up the hood, we found out that Firestone did not put the hose clamp correctly and it ruinned the timing belt (brand new). It was a good thing that the car died that day, or else I wouldn't know that the belt was really in a bad shape, which could have caused me my life if the belt slipped out while I'm driving in a highway. We went back to Firestone to let them know what happened and the manager act like it was normal for them to make mistake like that. We had other incidents wit
