I went to this store in Lee's Summit for 2 new tires and an alignment. I was called that afternoon by firestone informing me that the car could not be aligned due to the lower ball joints being bad. It was over $500 to replace them. I priced around and got the price of $300. The shop I took it to said that the ball joints were perfect. I took it to a third shop that agreed the ball joints were in perfect shape. Both of these shops told me that Firestone was notorious for fake repairs. Thanks for your help firestone you should be ashamed.
