I am very disappointed with their organization. The first time I scheduled an appointment to get one of my tires fixed and rotated they forgot to put me on the schedule and said I would need to wait. The second time I decided to run some errands while I waited-I assumed that they took down proper notes from last time about what needed to be fixed. They did not, and called me five times wanting to know what tire I wanted repaired. When I called them back they put me on hold to find the person they thought called me. I finally decided to just go back and talk to them in person to save myself the trouble. I will never come back here again. I will also tell others not to come here.
