I went in knowing I needed 2 new tires before leaving town for a 12 hour road trip. I went in and told them what I needed and later received a call saying I needed at least 4 different other services aside from the new tires and I also needed a allignement and they would warranty the new tires with out an allignement because my car was so far out of specks.
