If there were NO stars I would give them that instead of one. This place is awful, I honestly don't know how they stay in business. I printed a quote off of the Firestone website for a battery replacement and the quote specifically states to bring it in (good for 30 days) to get the price on the quote. It was supposed to be $59 for the battery and $10 to install. The man (manager named Adam) was rude, told me there was "NO way" he could do it for that price and quoted me $47 to install the battery. What a complete ripoff and I do think they take advantage of women, shameful. Go anywhere but here. I've reported it to the home office but I doubt I'll hear anything back.
