My new groomer informed me that my dog's ears were caked with black goo from neglect and his anal glands had not been expressed in a very long, long time.\r

My pet is a member of my family and I don't feel as though this business recognizes that. I did not observe any natual love and affection for animals from the people who work at this establishment. \r

I would NEVER recommend this groomer.
