Purchased my first commercial investment and it has been a great experience. I’ve been investing in the single family market for years but after meeting Carter I became really interested in the new office suite product he was offering. New construction, fast delivery and cash flow on day 1. No complaints here!! I will be purchasing more commercial and a few single family new construction homes from him soon. If you’re looking for immediate cash flow and a great investment he’s the guy to call.
