Great Investment 10/14/2015

Purchased my first commercial investment and it has been a great experience. I’ve been investing in the single family market for years but after meeting Carter I became really interested in the new office suite product he was offering. New construction, fast delivery and cash flow on day 1. No complaints here!! I will be purchasing more commercial and a few single family new construction homes from him soon. If you’re looking for immediate cash flow and a great investment he’s the guy to call. more

Very Profitable! 10/13/2015

I purchased several homes from Texas Cash Cow Investments in Spring of 2014 and could not be happier. Mr. Carter was very easy to work with and help us throughout the entire process. He is a very knowledgeable man and we felt very educated on our purchases. Since owning the homes the income return has been better than what we anticipated. We have recently purchased a commercial suite from Phillip also and so far we have been very pleased with it as well. Look forward to working with him more in the future. more
