After reading a few of these reviews, I was shocked that there were so many negative responses. I worked for Dr. Z back in 1999 when she was just starting out and that was one of the most rewarding jobs I ever had prior to joing the military. Dr. Z was always about customer service and ensuring all the pets she took care of had top notch service. For you Dr. Z, you were an awesome boss:) Hope this finds you well...
