Poor follow through. You can't believe Suburban Propane Grass Valley when they give you a delivery date. 1/2 the time they don't deliver when they say they will. I've been a customer for 10 years and have been disappointed over 1/2 the time. They'll give you a date and never show up. Or they'll show up and not fill the tank. A new manager started in 2010 to clean up this mess, so I was hopeful for improvement, but they are still missing their commitments.
