This just in.... Suburban Propane changes name to Sub Par Propane. I heard they provide "superior service" too.......Ha! and so do the airline companies. Years from now we will use sub par propane as an example of how to lose customers. The office manager Laurie (not quite sure of her name) is the poster child for Halloween, only missing her broom. As she sweeps away all her customers, she continues to add more hidden fees, additional charges, price hikes & yet still figures out ways to just be down right rude to people. Never paying attention to what you say, not having a clue what empathy is & believing customer service is a pointy hat. I have only been a customer since August and have been disappointed the whole time. I went to Campora Propane and were very pleasant to deal with, resolved my issue quickly and provided above and beyond customer service. Customer service the way it used to be.\r
I will tell every one I know for the next two years how awful Sub Par Propane will treat
