I would strongly recommend staying away from this office. \r
I was misinformed about my payment overlaps of coverage. I was told to make a payment as scheduled after my policy was up. My payments come out of my account automatically, and I didn?t want to be over charged. I am on a fixed income and could not afford for this to happen. Instead the following day twice the amount normally taken out of my account was pulled! I had no money for a week! I received no apology from Julie, and I regret ever going to that office! Stay AWAY!
