Very professional and cute! 3/12/2009

I switched my auto policy from 21st Century to Julie with Allstate and have never been happier. I have never had any problems and have always been treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. Julie is on top of the game and I try to send her referrals as often as I can. I now have 5 policies with her and would trust no one else. Thanks, Julie! more

The girl at the front desk was rude and could not help me. 2/25/2008

I would strongly recommend staying away from this office. \r I was misinformed about my payment overlaps of coverage. I was told to make a payment as scheduled after my policy was up. My payments come out of my account automatically, and I didn?t want to be over charged. I am on a fixed income and could not afford for this to happen. Instead the following day twice the amount normally taken out of my account was pulled! I had no money for a week! I received no apology from Julie, and I regret ever going to that office! Stay AWAY! more
