ALERT, ALERT!!!!! I dropped my very healthy dog for boarding on a Friday and picked up a very, very sick dog on Monday. The most outrageous part of all is that nobody at Stetz?s office bothered to tell me my dog was sick, including Stetz. My dog was disheveled and malodorous, covered in poop. She proceeded to get out of my car and had diarrhea and profuse vomiting to the point that she couldn?t get up off the floor. I called Stetz outraged and she didn?t even get on the phone. She did send a tech over to administer IV fluids and gave me a bottle of pills, but then I didn?t hear from Stetz for almost a week. I wrote her a letter letting her know how upset I was by her negligence and that I wanted a refund for the boarding and cleaning expenses for my carpets. NO ANSWER. It has been 5 weeks and my dog is STILL sick and no further word from Stetz or her office.\r
