I was very dissatisfied with the service. The young boy was extremely rude and not even helpful. He even watched as I struggled to reach boots on the top shelf and put boots back in the box with no assistance. We did find a pair of boots my husband liked- on sale for $160.59. These were bought 7/11/15. I was so upset with the service we almost did not buy them but he liked them and I did not want to drive to Nashville. There was no corporate number for complaints so I let it go. We all have off days. My husband only wears the boots in an office and to Church; less than 3 months and the soles have come un threaded. I called today and all they could say is I am sorry. I am very disappointed. We have bought cheap boots that have lasted YEARS.
