Jason was polite, friendly, competent, and the ultimate professional. He gave me a clear understanding of what was going on with my roof and gutters by explaining the pictures that he took. The pictures showed the gutters before and after cleaning, the chimney before and after being sealed, and several other areas of minor concern. Although my roof is a little over 15 years old and clearly not 100%, Jason assured me that there is still life left in it and that a replacement is not needed at this time. He did, however, give me some things to think about when that time comes like a different roof venting system and a different type of gutters. I really appreciated what I believe was an honest and thorough assessment. There were no "hard-sell" tactics. When I do need a roof replacement, I would certainly want Jason and Arocon on job!!! Many thanks!!!
