My husband soon to be ex-husband wanted me to go to Colleen Moore to get a substance-abuse evaluation. Colleen Moore made it very clear that she already knew there would be findings because she said I was there for a reason. She said this prior to even talking to me. I spent less than one hour answering her questions and never got to present any other information regarding my case. She then spoke to a neutral third-party which cited towards me. She did not take that into consideration. She then met with my soon to be ex-husband who brought in and presented an eight page documentation of events. I never had the opportunity to rebuttal with my information. All attorneys know to send their opposing party to choline more as she always finds something wrong with whom ever is there. This should not be allowed and should be looked into further.
