COLLEEN IS A NIGHTMARE! I cannot express this enough. Client was 100% compliant and went out of way to communicate with Colleen. Client tried to work with Colleen after completing full contract and Collen would not assist in device return. She merely threatened to take deposit. She is a malicious monitor only looking for her best interest. She will lie to the court and like to testing agencies. Thank god we got the toxicology analyst from the testing facility who also has her JD credentials to testify during trial. Collen is horrible. Do whatever you can, she just wants your money and will do minimal to ZERO effort. She wants you to have to go in for tests (some that don't even exist), had to have the toxicology analyst do a witness statement on that as well. Colleen isn't even a real monitor. She merely will push you off as if you are inconveniencing her life. more

If I could give her a zero I would. Please understand.....whatever you share honestly with this unprofessional therapist will be destructive. I have never felt more discounted and disrespected in my life. Everything you say can and will be used to prove her agenda. Do not trust her! She is a horrible person...and shame on the attorneys' who recommend her for a consult. more

This lady is scary. Avoid her evaluation at all cost. She lies and is completely biased. Unfortunately, after the fact, I looked back at her reviews and they all say the same thing. I looked at her credentials and she’s a joke. Obviously Is burned out and needs to retire. more

I am not the addict in this scenario, but a collateral interview. During the interview, she told me suggestions she would put in the report, but she never did. She thought the addict was amazing and was in a “top notch” recovery program (AA). Even though she discovered many lies the addict said during the SAE, she made excuses for this person. I hope you don’t ever need to work with her. more

This woman lies and contradicts herself on 80% of the things she says. She is ‘not good people’ and never should have been given the credibility to work in family law. She has no conscious to correct her oversized pride or to correct engendering terrible court custody decisions. Her agenda seems to prove: Self, greed, reputation, greed, credibility, greed, achievements, greed, and back to self!!!! more

She is an absolute. Joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! the most self important simpleton I've ever seen. Her ego is the ultimate cloud of logic. It's really quite sad that she is in practice. more

So I chose Colleen to complete an evaluation for me. I walk in amd ask a few questions, and she literally started yelling at me saying "You don't interview me!! I interview you!!" Literally raised her voice. I got up and left. I seriously think this lady is on drugs herself. I would NOT go to her if you want a fair evaluation. Seriously I was blown away at the lack of professionalism. more

My husband soon to be ex-husband wanted me to go to Colleen Moore to get a substance-abuse evaluation. Colleen Moore made it very clear that she already knew there would be findings because she said I was there for a reason. She said this prior to even talking to me. I spent less than one hour answering her questions and never got to present any other information regarding my case. She then spoke to a neutral third-party which cited towards me. She did not take that into consideration. She then met with my soon to be ex-husband who brought in and presented an eight page documentation of events. I never had the opportunity to rebuttal with my information. All attorneys know to send their opposing party to choline more as she always finds something wrong with whom ever is there. This should not be allowed and should be looked into further. more
