I recently brought in my diamond bridal set to a "mall" jewelry store. They told me that it would over $300 to fix it. On my way home from the mall I remembered that my husband bought me a charm bracelet from Robert Haack and I thought I could stop in to see what they can do for me. I spoke with Leslie and she was wonderful! She was professional but down to earth at the same time. She told me what needed to be fixed and made suggestions on some other things that should be done as well. The cost for all my repairs was half the price the "mall" jewelry store. I was very pleased and felt very comfortable knowing that they would do a great job.
