?When our old water softener system needed replacement a few weeks ago, we decided to take a comprehensive look at the various systems that are available here in Jacksonville. We had not been happy with the previous company?s service over the years.\r

We invited sales representatives from 5 companies who have water softener systems available for residential use to explain their systems to us. After listening to all of them, we decided that Affordable Water Jax was the best value and company for us to use!!!\r

They are a family owned business, run by Mark & Terri Kinder, and all of our interaction with them has been extremely positive! We learned that because of their outstanding service record, Affordable Water Jax earned the Angie?s List Super Service Award in 2014! They are also rated A+ by the Better Business Bureau! \r

One of our very good long-time friends who we spoke with before deciding has been using their system for 23 years and highly recommended them. He also put one in his daughter?s home and in a small business he owned.\r

Adam arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time and presented us with the various alternatives. He was the only one who had a printed price schedule showing exactly what each system would cost. There was no high sales pressure at all. All of the others seemed to pull the numbers out of the air. We decided to go with their best system, the 3-tank Ultimate III D system.\r

On the day of installation, their installer, Jason, showed up promptly at the scheduled time and efficiently took out our old system and put in the new system. \r

We are now enjoying very soft water and the peace of mind that things will go great with the ongoing service and equipment!\r

We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a new whole-house water conditioning system!?\r
