I took my car in for an oil change, tire repair & alignment.. Dealer never called as promised, 3 days later I called and they hadn't even gotten to my car. The said it was supposed to be ready in one day not three. Then when I went to pick up my car the only work done was an oil change! Hyundai south Charlotte is the worst dealer I've ever dealt with. I have a problem every time I'm there. They are sexist, rude, unorganized, and just plain out terrible customer service. I should have gotten a refund on the service, I would never take my car there again
Ps the previous time I took it there they broke my sunroof twice & didn't complete simple work that was needed to be done
