Never go to Hyundai south charlotte 9/7/2015

I took my car in for an oil change, tire repair & alignment.. Dealer never called as promised, 3 days later I called and they hadn't even gotten to my car. The said it was supposed to be ready in one day not three. Then when I went to pick up my car the only work done was an oil change! Hyundai south Charlotte is the worst dealer I've ever dealt with. I have a problem every time I'm there. They are sexist, rude, unorganized, and just plain out terrible customer service. I should have gotten a refund on the service, I would never take my car there again Ps the previous time I took it there they broke my sunroof twice & didn't complete simple work that was needed to be done more

Saving you money 8/11/2015

I brought my 2015 Elantra in for the 7500 mile checkup. I had David, mechanic on duty, work on my car. David is very thorough. I thought I might need an air cleaner and new wipers. David inspected these items and said no, not time yet. I felt comfortable with the knowledge and his honesty. He saved me money.What more could you ask for when getting your car serviced! more

Friendly and accommodating, they aim please Service writers and general manager very nice and all sales staff wold stop and speak. My only complaint was that the mechanics were very slow and slack, didn't see need to hurry. Stopped and talked to each other, told stories and I a waiting twice as long as I should have for the service performed. Again, this is not a reflection of service writers, these guys could not have been nicer and did their best to get things right. All in all however I would come back to South Charlotte Hyundai because of service writers and convenience of location. I leased my Genesis from Keffer but like So. Chlt. much better. I have a lot of friends and associates who are so impressed with my car. I will probably refer them to South Charlotte. I will say that I love my Genesis and I have driven them all and traded in a Mercedes for this Genesis. Not sorry!! more

They fixed what Bob Mayberry wouldn't 7/22/2015

S. CLT Hyundai treated me courteously and got the job done on the spot. Bob Mayberry Hyundai wanted to charge me for diagnostics on a recall. S. CLT did this with a smile and no charge and wrote up future (lesser) repairs I might want to consider when I can afford them. They were simply wonderful and I will be back and recommend them far and wide! more

Top Notch Service Department 7/20/2015

I recently made a service appointment for my Equus. The service department (especially Brady) was great. He called me in advance to be sure things were set up correctly. Furthermore, I got updates as the service was being performed. more
