I am a realtor and I have used Family Pest Control personally and professionally for years. I used a competitor in the past that I wasn't satisfied with. When I was recommended Family Pest Control, I tried them once, and have been using them ever since. I typically correspond with the Joanne when I set appointments, and she is great.
Their staff is always on time, courteous, and thoughtful. One time I had forgotten to cancel a service because I had an emergency out of town. I caught the driver as he was heading to my home to perform the service. He told me to call the office and reschedule when I was ready. I would recommend their service.
