Review content:
The gentleman who came out did a great job at unplugging our drain and fixing our problem. However, what I did not like was the fact that he avoided staying within the hour and would not tell me when the hour was up. He started looking at our garbage disposal, water heater, hose spouts, basically everything. I reminded him that we want to stay within the housr and not pay extra being that our problem was already fixed in the first 30 minutes. Then at the end he attempted to charge us more for going over the hour. I explained that we are not paying for all that extra stuff because we did not ask him to do that. I felt this was a bit shady especially considering when I would ask how much time until our hour was up he would avoid answering. Either way, good prompt service but probably wouldn't reccomend because of this sales tactic.
