this was the second call we made for the same problem. The first plumber who came out replaced a washer and rebuilt the cold water valve for the water heater. He charged us $250 which I thought at the time was kinda high but it was on a Saturday and I really needed it fixed so I paid that amount. His name was Conrad. Exactly 90 days after Conrad fixed the problem, it started to leak AGAIN!. Lucky for me he had written on the receipt that it had a 90 day warranty. When the second guy, James, came out he was a little surprised to see that I had paid that much for the amount of work that was done, and that Conrad had not used a compression washer and that was why the valve started to leak again. James did a super job and was very friendly and efficient. He has us back up and running before the water had a chance to cool in the heater.
