Review content:
Our first experience with Preferred Plumbing was unsatisfactory. The technician took 9 hours to complete the job and left the job site after 9pm. On top of that, the work was not correct and started leaking again, which prompted us to call for another techician to fix the work.
We also never received a receipt for the work that was completed. The work was on at our rental property and the Tech took our credit card was taken over the phone but a receipt was never sent to us as requested.
